Thanks for the info. I perused the link and I have to say, it didn't make the company sound too good. But, as you say, maybe it's all par for the course in pennyland. And I suppose if they were shady, Pete and Geraldo and company would know and avoid doing business with them. Still wish we could get an honest-to-goodness JV partner sooner rather than later. I don't think there is any doubt that Pete and Geraldo, etc. are somehow working on that.
