Allow me to rephrase that.

"$10 m over 2 years can help to advance the project toward eventually profitable gold mining at RRC."

From where we are now to mining in two years is doubtful. I'd say it's probably unheard of for a U.S. public company in modern times. Perhaps that is what you meant, but it wasn't clear to me. 

Keep in mind that grades returned usually go down from discovery and into advanced exploration, so we are still a long way from considering a formal feasibility analysis at RRC.
