On a website called Crunchbase, which looks like it is run by attorneys, it says that "GHS Investments has had (blurred number) of exits. GHS Investments's most notable exits include SunHydrogen, 1606 Corporation and Liberty Star Uranium and Metals."
Does anyone even know what this means? Obviously I am concerned about this financing agreement. The only consolation, even though GHS has multiple settlements and had to pay big money to other companies using them, is that Pete and Gerardo must trust the company to sign this deal. I tuust in their knowledge and experience...but why a recent "exit" just days after the agreement? I'd look this up myself but don't even know where to begin. And a password is still required to sign on to GHS's website.
Hi Tracy, is there any info you can offer about all this?
