There is too much info to sort through, but I did find what looks like a poster map with the headline, "Arizona has oil & gas potential!" On the poster are shown two "basins": the Bisbee Basin and the Pedrigosa Basin. They are adjacent to each other and it's hard to tell, but it looks like Tombstone is in there somewhere. Something about the type style and look of the poster (speaking as an ad writer here) look dated and I can't find any date on the image/poster. I only spent about 15 minutes looking for relevant material though.

Regarding your fact about only licensed brokers being able to trade outside the listed ask and share price...could those licensed entities BE market makers who are obligated to buy and sell to create activity even if just small numbers? Thanks.
