Interesting question, mideast.

As far as I am concerned, I just know that a country was budgeting a huge contract exceeding 100 MILLIONS. However, prior finalizing the order, we were asked to:

1) Adquire a MagneGas recycler

2) to perform tests on oil based liquids, mainly crude oil, at our expenses, but with help and coaching of MagneGas USA.

3) These tests were to be supervised by a 3rd independent party in order to comply with the international regulations, while we should manage the budget.

The budget was agreed by our constituents, while we asked details on our "exclusivity" regarding MagneGas as previously agreed.

However MagneGas, Santilli's one man show, refused suggesting, instead, us to invest into as many MNGA corporate shares than the budget and let them proceed with the tests without any control.
