Next Gen shares outstanding

Can someone update the shares outstanding number for Next Gen. They are using a number of 26 million as of Dec 2013. In the February 19, 2014 Next Gen press release, it confirmed the reverse spliit effective at the open reducing shares out to 17,365,946.
