Misty River -
Is it possible that NFR is trying to consolidate their holdings to the "district" that they have been working? Maybe that is why they did such a "low-cost" sale. They are so hard to figure out.
As usual, I share your concern about NFR. M & A activity is picking up and yet they seem in no hurry to get out any news and court any suitors. It is almost as if they are deliberately trying to keep a low profile.
The potential is there. Doug Casey's team recently placed the M@A value of NFR (based on resources) at $1.00/share (compared to value of other recent deals). But the stock just sits still and the volume is pathetic.
Sometimes I want to sell but I currently don't have a loss and this is the kind of stock that could explode on the right news. Management just has to get the word out - NOW!
