TORONTO, June 27 .08/CNW/ - Columbia Metals Corporation Limited (TSX-V: COL) is pleased to announce that the shareholders approved a name change to NWM Mining Corporation at its annual and special meeting held on June 19, 2008.
The completion of the name change to NWM Mining Corporation is subject to final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
Upon completion of the name change and compliance with the TSX Venture requirements, NWM Mining Corporation will continue to trade its shares under the symbol COL until October 2008.
