These are some major pionts which I guess were hidden in the fine print of the Q2 results.
100% ownwership of the project company!
3900 residential units!
JOL engaged the services of Michael Baker Jr., Inc.!
A lease agreement allowing the property to be used for collaterial!
No wonder negotiations have been taking so long, This is substancially a new agreement.
