AHDS has a freehold on the land without having to buy it.
Logically, the ultimate purchaser buys the land and improvements and the land`s stated value is finally realized by Oman, less AHDS` charges and fees. AHDS is able to ``bank`` the land without actual ownership. How`s that for a sweetheart deal? Agora, correct me if I`m wrong.
