On September 28, 2006 the Board of Directors of Alfa International Holdings Corp. authorized and approved the extension to April 30, 2007 of the expiration date for all common stock purchase warrants held by holders of the Company's Series B Preferred Stock. From this filing I would speculate that not only the deal will be signed but development financing and construction will be started by this Spring.
