I really don't think the warrant extension has had any effect on the stock. This story has taken a long time to develop and i think the audience/ interested investors have lost some interest. With all that is happening now should the agreement get completed and it seems very close and the project gains momentum, the peole following AHDS and the share price will rise accordingly.
