Agoracom's phantom announcement referrs to the final approval of 

construction, denoting ground breaking, whereas, JOL's April 24, 2007

announcement, that you cite as backup for your written comment in question,

speaks to the approval (legal go ahead) for the "development of the project."

Investors interpret the distinction clearly, so should Agoracom. Should'nt you?
