You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
You can't read to much into it you will notice they haven't actually sold any yet. Its my understanding that insiders have to announce in advance any intentions to sell, the fact that the sale dates have past tells me there merely positioning them selves.
