Had a bid all day today at .92. The low was .90, but my buy did not get me any shares?

Another wierd thing i've noticed is many times when I have purchased 1-2k shares an additional 1-2k is traded at the very same time. For a low volume traded stock like this that cannot be just a co-incidence, can it?

Continuing to use these dips to accumulate in the .90's and low 1's and bring my average cost down down down...but would not mind this going back up up up...
