Your comments on trust for the top management are particularly reassuring.

A couple follow up queries, if i may, for you and other posters here.

1. The last big increase in share price upto 2.95 was on the back of significant news that still remains true today, and unless im mistaken this has even been improved upon recently. Was there anything material that changed, other than the delay in signing, to justify a pull back to these levels?

2. Looking at additional areas that could influence the share price - could the re-valuation of the land (which i think is scheduled for post signing), based upon property growth in the region, have a big impact?
