On the eve of a long-awaited final contract signature, we have observed, for the last three days, a large buyer who is willing to pay 96 cents a share without lettup, and a seller who is willing to match this interest by happily accept $1.00 or so, but not a penny more. Assuming both buyer and seller to be in their right minds, this constitutes a publicly traded "sweetheart deal." Meanwhile, the rest of us just sit around, mezmorized, unwilling to do anthing!
