Multi-Billion Dollar Agreement Signed With Oman

Over the last month or so, Omagine's market price seems to be bridled between $0.80 and $1.00, regardless of a recent investor (CCG) paying $50 million in hard currency for 12% of the "operating company."

(Recall that equates to a $416.7 million market cap for OMAG; and another investor(s) is in the wings that may pay an additional $75 million for the remaining 18%, a total of $125 million for 30%!)That works out to about $9.00 a share for OMAG!

Likely, these ongoing transactions are contingent upon a pending "final contract" from the government of Oman. Meantime, paralizing deal machinations seem to be at play, undoubtedly legal, involving timing and observance of mutual interests.

Also, from a current market standpoint, many brokers, including mine, insist on Limit orders rather than Market. Alas, this can result in two ships (two stock orders) blindly passing in the night.
