My opinion based on articles I had read. I have tried to go back and archive then, but the process available over the Internet is too awkward and cumbersome to do a systematic search. I will point out they were not headline articles, merely comments to the effect embedded in mentions of other ongoing projects. Now as far as any one being unable grasp how unbridled expansion in the real estate sector could be a bad thing. Lets see, booming housing construction, record sustained appreciation of prices, speculators buying several houses at a time for investing. Does any one pay attention to our own local news? Remember were a nation of 300 million, they 3 million...Sarcasm, based on managements prediction of imminent sighing, took me a year or so to get there, you bet I am time after time.
