Oman's not on Holiday. But the government has announced recently a slowing of the letting of development projects to counter inflation concerns. Don't be surprised if were still sitting here maintaining the status qua a year from now. That being said this deal will get done, its been approved, the government wants it, but like I pointed in a much earlier post the government holds all the cards and they will decide in their own time when this project commences.
