OK, fair enough and pretty much in line with most others expectations of the projected SP as well.

Question though is - why are we trading currently in the .40's when the deal is expected to be done? Is such a huge mark down justified?

Am using the opportunity again (did the same when we were trading in the .90's) to add aggressively to my position.
