They say it because thats what they believe. The truth is these guys have never been involved in a deal like this before. They simply had  no understanding of whats next. Drohan himself thought he had the deal done is early as October of 06, said the contract was complete and just waiting their signature.

 Its a miracle they have gotten this far, and thats what we're all gambling on, is these guys can pull it off. Sure looks like they might. But then again
