They cant answer you because they don't know. That's the problem, management doesn't seem to be driving this thing. Their just drifting along with the current, never real sure just how many more bends in the river. The Omanis seem to truly want this thing, but it's just one peace in a large puzzle, and without external prodding, their content to keep putting it on the back burner. Don't be real surprised if were still very hopeful of getting this deal signed in the next few weeks, a couple of years from now.
I know I sound horribly pessimistic, but go back and read every report and news release since the signing of the MOU, its the only conclusion you can come too.
