Actually when is the scheduled completion of the Wave is a excellent question. I have often felt that the government is perhaps deliberately dragging their feet, sandbagging if you will on our project because of the Wave. Here you have a government sponsored project, and right next door is a private project that will be in direct competition to theirs. Now obviously their not going to wait until completion before singing off on this one, but perhaps until the financial success of the Wave is assured.
