In this part of the region , i mean middle east , it is very difficult to start aproject like this , as every body knows lot of difficulties they have to face , even the govt doesnt know what to do because they dont have any previous experience in this type of projects. we have to appreciate Franks patience and last 4 years he is in oman and negotiating this deal and before that in doha qatar. Any way now the waiting period is over . November 2nd meeting with govt officials cleared all the issues and approved everything,now they are making the final contract and other documents . If every thing goes well the DA will be sign before 15 th. So get ready for the big news and pray for the success of the project.
