Some people can just tread water for so long. Whats going on in the market, the economy as a whole. Someone sitting on 30-40K shares and has been for several years. Hearing repeatedly just a few more weeks, just as soon as they get back form some holiday or vacation.

Even at .30 cents a share that's still 12-13 thousand, serious change for someone that's hurting. But wait you say utopia is just a few weeks away! I have been in this stock when it was down to a nickle a share. All it takes is the government to decide, you know in light of current economic conditions, were going to temporarily suspend this and other projects........Within an hour you'll wish you could get a nickle a share.
