Bravo!

An Oman T.A.R.P. fund, except this fund appears to be apolitical, to contain clear purpose determined by a variety of goals determined by investor inputs rather than those determined by a politically appointed Czar, it benefits main street, it has transparency and it's open ended--sort of reminiscent of a 20th Century America.
