UNfortunately Mr. Drohan has no control of the signing of the DA. If I'm not mistaken he stated it will possibly be given to the govt by the end of April for a signature in May. This is what he and all of the stock holder would like to see happen, but it's in the hands and jurisdiction of the Govt.

Soon can be whenever the Govt wants it to be. I'm sure Mr. Drohan is doing his best to conclude. Remember he is the largest shareholder and the most to lose.

We all have waited a long time so whats another month or whatever time it takes to make it happen
