have a bid for .17, but it did not trigger even though other trades went through lower (at .162)
also the lowest ask seems to be consistently way lower than the next highier ask (at .18 just now with the next ask at .30, i.e. almost 50% lower!)
maybe the "seller" has some other agenda than getting the highiest possible price for his shares???
