Omagine has until 8/15 to file their quarterly. What I am concerned about if there is no positive "date WILL be signed" statement, that could be a negative for stockholders and a lot could bale out which would cause the stock to go lower. My concern would be it would be very difficult to rise to what it is really worth from pennies than dollars

There also should be an 8K coming out shortly.

Lets hope an interim announcement comes shortly and if not.
