Yoy may be correct. It may had been a great project 1-2 years ago prior to the downfall of "everything" worldwide, but now as all companies and goverments take a good hard look at what is on the table. They see what they need now and what can be put on the back burner. Omagine may have been one of those on the back burner.

The Omagine project would give the Oman econony a great boost, but it can give them the boost when they can get the most out of it, and that may be later better than now.
