It does not make sense, If the Company wants to make the stock attractive to investors, the should get out good news. At one point I paid 1.25 a share when the lights were turned on, there was a much clearer picture of a PLAN! To cut out the small guy who may have invested at higher prices is like stealing. It seems to me the price is being manipulated for no good reason. I just lost faith in the "Board". Vote NO!!!!
