I don't believe he purchase the stock. i believe it was given to him in for past income due.

BUT more important - according to the last filing FRANK STATED = some time by the end of july to the middle of august, the DA should be signed. I am a believer and I and many others I know feel that this time its a reality. I do know that an investors agreement had to be signed first, but that doesn't take weeks.

Why is the stock price not showing it. What is going on? This stock after reading the last filing should have been in the $5.00 - $10.00 range.

Does any one have thoughts?

One of my fellow inventors said the market makers are causing the problems.
