That was the past and they were not ready those times. I believe they are going to finalize this month with or without the Ramadhan holiday putting a week extra in the mix.

I have spoken to a few fellow investors and they all feel the same, but they also stated if not signed soon their will be many unhappy investors exiting which will force the stock to tumble dramatically.

We all had faith for a number of years and why not wait the short time we have now.

Either the government works on two speeds: slow and stop or there may be a final snag that they are trying to work out.

Please be aware the Frank and Company have more to lose then all of the investors combined. The Omani Government also has a lot to lose.
