Oman government is spending 20 billion to attract tourists, but continues to stall on the signing of the DA. This baffles me. The Omagine project will be the biggest attraction in that country and they know it, but they won't put the ink where it should be ...on the dotted line.

It just doesn't make sense - other projects which came after Omagine are either up and running or being built as we write

What is the Oman government thinking pretaining to the Omagine project, boy would I like to be a fly on that wall when they are discussing the project.

As i was called from a few investor friends who stated August 31, 2010 is a few days away and my response - Don't hold your breath - I'm sure if there was something to announce we would have heard it by know.
