Don't you think if they knew of a specific date of the signing of the investors agreement and the DA, they would have inform the investors as a legal responsibllity. Unfortunately they do not know themselves. I believe the Sultan and the 2 groups don't even know either. It's just a waiting game and let's just keep on waiting.
