To answer your statement first the financial agreement must be signed ( I guess they ran out of ink) and then the DA could be signed if they could find pens with ink when ready.

This is no longer humorous but frightening,

if this was that great of a project, the Sultan would have forced it to be finalized 2 years ago. the time is for someone in manangement to ease our minds and put it out in the open and not wait for the quarterly. Everyone I talked to is hoping that the financials and DA will be signed prior to the quarterly.

If nothing except silence is shown, we could see this being a real penny stock.
