I think Frank shouild answer that question. The story goes on and on saying we are so close but no cigar.

From the feelings of many that own the stock the Omagine project is just one mans "dream" will soon fade into the sunset.

All of these NEWER other projects keep going foward and the Omagine Dream continues.

The quarterly is ending this week and as last year, they will apply for an extension and when it comes out it will say "we ae moving forward and we EXPECT OR COULD have the financial agreement and the DA signed SHORTlY.

KEY words expect,could, forthcoming and shortly used for the last 2 years.

I know all of the dreamers are saying Frank and the rest have more to lose than anyone one of us so why would they do it. My opinion it started out real and is wiil end up a Bernie Madoff.
