Actually, the SEC filings and, I think, one or more press releases, DID state that the registration had to be completed first and that it was simply a formality. I was curious as to why no one was talking about getting the registration done first. With changes in govt ministers and Ramadan, as well as the normally slow process in that part of the world (culture), it's no wonder these things drag out. But patience is a virtue and we're almost there.

Since we're on the subject, if you take a look at the quarterly filings, you'll also notice that most of the FUNDING of the acquisition of LLC (i.e., the $70m) will not occur with the signing. So not sure how much that will impact share price once the DA is signed. Again, though, the math all works out well and its a matter of patience. Hope this helps!
