Management said that it is EXPECTED AND SHOULD have the DA signed within a few weeks after the September 15th. announcement. I believe this time they will be on target and it will be signed prior 11/2011. If it is not signed by then your expectations would be on the high side and a good bet is to sell short if not signed by 11/1/2011.
