I wouldn't worry about where the price is at the time the DA gets signed. No matter where the price is, it's the price it WILL be that counts. Lots of people saying $10 - $15 - $20 per share. Remember, initially it will be an asset (BV) play and then it will be how the market perceives / values the estimated NPV of $500m (or $300m after accounting for the 60% ownership share). I'm sure if there were much more of a delay, management would put something out about it ... it's in their best interest. In the mean time, keep the faith and remember it has to be really soon!
