Agree that the only way the stock will materially rise is WHEN the DA gets signed. I'm not so sure about drifting below $1.00 given the latest 8k. Obviously, the issue was drifting until 12/10 and now all eyes are back on the ball in earnest. But I am confused as to why you are skeptical about January or maybe February. The MOT guys explicitly told him in the meeting that they would set up a January meeting with his excellency. That proposed meeting had not occurred before. I'm not sure any westerner regularly "converses" with the Sultan ... so why would Frank be privy? All communication is done through the Sultan's "people" ... in this case, the MOT. So the MOT has agreed to set up a January meeting. And if Frank isn't regularly following up with the MOT NOW, then he certainly deserves criticism. Does anyone actually believe, after the 12/10 meeting, that Frank and Company are NOT following up on a regular basis? Frank, if you're reading this ... don't make me look bad!
