There are institutional investors aware of this company and are likely waiting for it to no longer be a "penny stock". The increased float coming (Rights Issue) will also help increase liquidity.

And the math behind discounted future revenues as well as the coming book value bump up will also be compelling. Granted, the future revenue figure is subjective, but not unreasonable given the govt support of tourism, etc. that will help drive demand. No, this stock most certainly will go to the high teens this year (not necessarily immediately) and hopefully beyond.
