It appears to me the that the Omagine request to the SEC was submitted with these dates for approval. I agree soon as the announcement February 13th was official, the start date was set. February 24th is the snapshot date that allows for the calculation of the Rights offering,"Record Time.

I'm surprised the amount of shares purchased have not increased due to this. Perhaps next week. Keep in mind there is a cap on all excercisable offerings. I believe it is 3.2 million shares for each. I'm pretty sure that cap cannot be breached for the Rights/Warrants.

What I am curious is, what would make one believe the DA is going to be signed that day? The 24th. Did I miss something?
