Are you kiddiing me? This project is on the right side of ingenious. Although it has taken a long time to reach fruition, at this time I think all the planets are in alignment finally. The people of Oman with and Sultan's vision are going to have something that is going to provide value in many ways.

It resembles a forward looking statement. I'm sure it is OK, they have been so by-the-book to this point. This is definitely positive news.
