This is not my experience : I bought on he open market for less as well as exercised my rights. I purchased more shares on open market than was my allocation through the rights offering. I have just paid taxes on the capital gains I madenn this past year. My philosophy is to take out my stake when thr price warrants. I have been able to purchase on the dips. I'm not a trader and have held this stock for years. It sounds like you're complaing. And your reference to doing better in the bank, has me thinking you need experience investing with penny stocks.
