Multi-Billion Dollar Agreement Signed With Oman
I appriciate the scope and candor of you message . Especially the role of personal responsabily. I would like to add or contradic the idea that one could buy cheaper on the open market. While true; and I was able buy 7000 average price 1.05 with in two weeks of the offering. This an exception. Because of the small number of shares traded any buy ordersotally would probably have run the price up to 1.80 plus. I also purchased by allocation with the thought that while I could have spent my money in the open market , a successful rights sale will benefit the company and share holder beyond the difference in pennys . I hope a sell out is announced to send a message of confidence. If you have expectation of this stock going double diget than the difference of 20 cents is meaningless.
Don't fret about open market vs. rights. As you have mentioned there have been opportunities to take a profit. I think it helps to have several target goal. For getting my stake back while holding probably eigthy percent of my share. I than decide on goals either at selling 25% at different increases in price. and finally hold 20% For longterm. Of course if the price sky rockest I'll be more aggressvie selling . I have had experience holding on and leaving alot of money on the table when I thought fundamental supported a higher price ( I'm referring to Vishay several years back ) I didn't think I was greedy at the time. I was and that's the tuition I've paid to develope my current approach.
I wish us all luck. Especially the offciers who have invested years with this vision. The rest of us are opportunist necessary for the capitlization of some one elses vision and labor.
