The "E" is a significant concern. MOLA is also a significant concern, but with today's filing now showing officially the intent to be late with their filings (today being the last day to file for the previous Q), there is the deadline from the Daily List that is quickly approaching.

May 24 might be the last day to trade in Pinks unless the company brings their filings up-to-date before then. Or, maybe they go down further to the grey market, who knows.

For stockholders, liquidity is their biggest asset. Otherwise you become a stuckholder.
