Don't hold your breath or keep guessing on the timing.

I would be thrilled if it was signed by the beginning of December.

When January rolls around we will no longer have the tax break we have now thru 12/31/12. Come January our profits all go to the Government.

Remember THEIR summer monthly break is coming shortly as last year when the Ministers came back to work nothing happened for 60 days after and still nothing is happening as we write today. Promises, maybe or whatever one wants to call it.

But as i said before we are all in this poker game and no matter what hand we think we have the Minister is dealing the last card and i believe she has better things to do then finalizing this project, like getting her hair and nails done.

SO WE WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT.
