If what you are advocating is a policy of no-accountablity...then we will have to agree to disagree.

For me, when things go 'wrong' (mistake or no mistake) some one needs to be accountable/responsible and hold their hand up (period!!!). That's fundamental business practice.

But yes, lets move forward and hope this is signed as per the last announced timeline.
